(3). This is an introductory course in Sports Nutrition designed to provide students with a basic understanding of nutrition as it relates to general physical activity and sport. Specific focus will be given to understanding how nutritional choices can affect exercise performance, as well as how one can effectively train and structure their diet to improve body composition and performance.
