SMR 340 - Legal and Ethical Aspects of Sport Management and Recreation
(3). The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the fundamental concepts, principles, and applications associated with the legal system in relation to the sport and recreation industries. This course was developed with the purpose of providing students with a general overview of the legal issues that professionals in the sport and recreational fields encounter.
