(3). Prerequisites: PSY 354, PSY 364, and instructor approval. This is an undergraduate course designed to survey the ethical and professional issues that practicing behavior analysts encounter including personnel supervision and management. The overarching goal of this course is to provide the foundation needed to help prepare students to be maximally ethical and professional as practicing applied behavior analysts. Much of the information discussed in this course is based on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s (BACB®) Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
