NU 551 - Teaching, Learning, and Evaluation in Collegiate Nursing Programs
(3). Prerequisite: Admission to the Nurse Educator Certificate Program, MSN concentration in Nursing Education program, or admission to MSN program. To progress to this course, all previous coursework counting towards the graduate or doctoral nursing degree must be completed with a grade of "B" or better. This course focuses on teaching-learning theories, processes, strategies, and styles. Evaluation principles in the classroom and clinical setting are examined. Offered summer term only.
